To start the episode, Cassie and Ginny discuss what vulnerability means to each of them and why being vulnerable is sometimes seen as unfavorable.

Next, the girls discuss why many people have a distorted view of vulnerability.  When someone is being “vulnerable” but isn't speaking their truth, we pick up on it and find it off-putting.  This leaves many people wanting to avoid being vulnerable because they see it as being fake. 

Then, they dive into how amazing it feels to own who you are fully and completely, and without others' judgment.

Cassie and Ginny also discuss how being vulnerable is more than just sharing emotions, that being protective is not being vulnerable, and that you have to be vulnerable to be seen.

The girls move on to discuss why you have to be vulnerable with yourself first and foremost.  They explain why this not only opens you up to being vulnerable with others but to manifest what you want.  They also discuss the importance vulnerability plays when you choose a life of growth.

The girls will then dive deep into why vulnerability doesn't only include sharing "negative" emotions and that just being who you are in all situations is practicing vulnerability. 

The episode wraps up with Cassie and Ginny discussing some of the benefits of owning who you are and being vulnerable and authentic.
