Today’s topic revolves around if there really is such a thing as the “right time” for something. When people say things like “the time just had to be right,” Cassie hears the energy behind it and knows that there is so much more at play.
This subject came about when Ginny and Cassie were talking about business, and it’s one that they believe there is a lot of misinformation around. Cassie says that blaming the timing is often just a way to create an excuse for not doing something. Ginny hesitates to say that the time is at fault because this idea can bring us relief, but she believes there are more powerful ways to bring upon the same soothing effect.
Instead of telling yourself that the timing isn’t right, Cassie encourages asking yourself how you can step in more; how can you become that person more? She explains that this doesn’t mean you haven’t done enough already and then shares a story about when she applied this mindset to her own life.
If you’re asking "Is this the right time?", both Ginny and Cassie agree that this means you're not aligned yet. Ginny talks about what alignment feels like and Cassie describes a moment last week when she briefly found herself stuck in her own head.
By working from the becoming instead of getting the things, you will always have a new space to explore. It’s so much fun, and if you’re not having fun with it, step back and see why. Timing isn’t about anything outside of you; it’s about everything inside of you.
Here are some great episodes to start with.
